An Afternoon with a Scientist

“An Afternoon with a Scientist” Programme is hosted by the Assistant Education Officer every third Wednesday of each month. The mandate of this programme is to expose students to various areas of science and to encourage an appreciation of it by teaching them of its importance and relevance to our world and our everyday lives.

Mr. Ricardo Miller, Environmental Coordinator at the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA), and a member of BirdLife Jamaica engaging students of the Rollington Town Primary, Mona Preparatory School and Sts. Peter and Paul Preparatory School in a birding watching activity for World Migratory Birds Day.
